Eileen Newman Consulting Overview
Eileen Newman Consulting is a bespoke consulting firm focused on helping community-based organizational leaders work more effectively, strategically, and optimally. Our commitment and passion are for developing strong leaders and healthy nonprofit and for profit organizations that are building equity based communities. Our work is fundamentally focused on supporting purpose based organizations in the achievement of their goals.
Our foundational practice focuses on professional development programs and coaching for senior and middle management leaders. We find that when leaders thrive, organizations thrive.
We understand the importance of succession planning, and we work with boards, senior leadership, and full staff to create and deliver successful plans. We help shape organizational culture for the current face of work. And when the opportunity is needed, we can serve as interim EDs during times of change and transition.
Eileen Newman Consulting can function as coach, trainer, mentor, listener, strategist, advisor or partner, all in service of meeting the mission of organizations who care about lifting communities.
